Property management and business Services

The village will be meticulously managed by a specialised company that would look after the day-to-day maintenance of the site, roads and gardens, the country club and other amenities. The same company will offer optional services for villa owners such as garden maintenance, cleaning and house maintenance facilities.

The village has its own business centre with secretarial services as well as concierge and guest support services all year round.

Self-sufficiency in Water and electricity

The project is self-sufficient in domestic water through a main reservoir of 40,000 m3 designed to draw on water from melting snow in higher ground. Water is channelled to an on-site 1200 m3 reservoir and then connected to houses after adequate treatment.

Electricity on the site is also fully backed up by localised power generators, so as to maximise efficient use.

The project also has its two sewage treatment plants and is fully equipped for environment friendly waste disposal and the recycling of treated water for land irrigation purposes.

Each House can be supplied with high speed internet.
