By adapting to land topography and using this land slope to create interesting architecture and create villas with individuality and personality thus avoiding any modular styling and repetitive design. Al-Salam village looks and feels genuinely like a mountain village.
Villa Sizes
Villas range in size between 450 m2 650 m2, 750 m2 and 1,000 m2 or larger. By focussing on large size villas and avoiding multi-story apartment type, the project is designed to attract mainly families and a resident population of similar standing, taste and way of life. The result would be to maintain an atmosphere of harmony, relaxation and genuine community life.
